Avid traveller, explorer, organic obsessed and eternal water baby with a dynamic, down to earth and doer attitude, with a keen eye for detail, she spends most of her down time in the kitchen whipping up raw desserts.

After graduating with a Sports and Leisure degree from university, she has spent the last 10 years running her own businesses and consulting for clients in Europe and Asia, including launching the first vegan restaurant chain in Cambodia and Qatar, developing a yoga retreat centre, and designing menus for yoga retreats around the world so she understands how to nurture independent businesses with hands-on experience and business insight.
